Site Manager!
This is a paid position. You would manage logistics at camp, such as supervising work crew teams, instructing volunteers, and just making sure camp runs smoothly.
Qualifications:
- Must have been to Balkanalia or similar camp (e.g. EEFC Balkan Music & Dance Camp) at least once
- Experience on a work exchange team preferred
- Patient, kind, and organized
- Fantastic people skills
